Really enjoyed a safe box, an electronic key card, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. The location was marvellous and good for us - minutes from restaurants and cafés.

Clean property with professional and excellent staff. Unbeatable and convenient location, within walking distance of a large urban plaza. Really close to the alley, downtown and all the important landmarks. What a very very good stay, nothing too much trouble:)))

The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a good area, close to close to city centre, cafés close by and the center, market and metro station was nearby.

The location of this accommodation was fantastic, being very close to the metro station and in the historical center. This made it convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The modern decoration in the rooms and the rest of the hostel was a nice touch, giving it a stylish and contemporary look.- The inclusion of breakfast in the rate was a bonus, especially with the option to go to a typical Spanish cafe and choose from coffee and pastry or churros.

The thin walls made the room quite noisy, which was a downside for a peaceful stay. The mattresses were uncomfortable, with many springs that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel is very central. From your hotel you can walk to all the sightseeings and to nice squares to eat like Plaza Santa Ana. The hotelmanager was very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are basic but very clean and light. Good value for money!

No breakfast but within several meters from the hotel there are some places where you can have breakfast.

The room is cleaned every day, the staff is friendly, helpful and speaking English, it is very close to the Metro station (Tirso de Molina - less than 5 mins), and within walking distance from Puerta del Sol (15 mins). The air conditioning is working very well. If only need a bed for the night, this one works well. Wi-Fi works, if needed.

Though very close to Metro station (high advantage), one might feel somewhat unsecure in the street during night (however I had no incident during my whole stay of 5 nights, as a single person). The room was unexpectedly small, windows outing to a shadowed inner court (yet again, if only for sleep and storage, it provides the bear necessities). Noises from the corridor or other rooms can be heard through door/walls, also door knobs and the main entrance are noisy.

The value for the money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with plenty of bars and cafes around. The staff, especially the girl at reception, were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast option could use some improvement.

it wasn't clear enough where is the entrence to the place and it was a beat scary couse i arrived at nigth and was alone and i had to start looking for the entrence

great location, clean room, excellent value. Ch Lemon Rooms made our short stay in Madrid perfect. The city center, shops, restaurants, and the subway were all conveniently nearby. Highly recommend!

The rooms are very nice, if a bit small, but they are excellent price for money.

On the other hand, the staff was awfull. When I arrived at the hotel nobody was there to open the door. I had to call the phone number and after that it still took him 20minutes!! to open the door. The next day I had to leave really early so I wanted to leave my luggage there, but no one was at the reception so I couldn't talk to anyone. Apart from that, the hotel really is good value for money and the location is superb.

The beds were very confortable, the location was great and the staff was very friendly. The receptionist speaks portuguese. In general the stay was very satisfactory.
